Zombie’s part I

I would like to start out this expedition into a semi plausible scenario, by stating some obvious assumptions. The first of which is that a zombie outbreak could happen; seems logical with all the other medical things happening in the world. Another grand assumption is that I would somehow not become infected or stranded/immobile during the initial stages of the outbreak. I am also assuming that my friends will somehow avoid infection as well and we manage to meet up. With those three main assumptions taken care of, lets get started…

I believe that after the initial detection of the outbreak, most, if not all, governments would declare martial law and mandate that everyone stay in; life would come to a stand still as the governments of the world try to eradicate the plague of zombies. I assume it will start in one corner of the world and be spread by an airplane load of passengers. They would become infected just by touching an infected surface. If it is airborne, then this expedition ends here and now as the chances of a winnable solution become zero. I believe governments would probably end up destroying whole cities in an attempt to curb the spread of the outbreak and lawlessness would become paramount throughout the world as fear of being in the next destroyed city takes over.

If the spread is not brought under control as fast as possible, I believe most places would be infected and civilization would be fragmented until either the zombies break down by lack of fresh brains or a possible natural disaster (the Earth’s natural warming cycle is accelerated because of all the CO2 emitted by the undead hordes) or maybe a group of scientists find a way to immunize the uninfected or the most plausible outcome; zero-sum solution is reached aka, game over.

My friends and I, with our advanced zombie killing training (thank you Left 4 Dead 1 and 2) as well as a background in zombie avoidance (thank you The Zombie Survival guide), would hopefully manage to survive a good long while. Initially we would base at one of our house’s or a local business, a multilevel car dealership because the upstairs is probably easily barricaded and there is access to huge amounts of cars, plus they usually have a shop that is enclosed. This would be used for modifying the cars to be more defensible and such, plus it would just be fun to mod out cars and have a trick zombie assault wagon. This is our initial plan for the zombie apocalypse. Stay tuned as this plan hasn’t been fully told yet.

Grammar 101 : zombie’s means something belonging to a zombie, not multiple zombies.
For example :
“life would come to a stand still as the governments of the world try to eradicate the plague of zombie’s” if you added “brain eating habits.” it would make a little more sense.

Thanks for the tip; I cleaned up the grammatical errors you pointed out and other things that you missed.
